Sungallon's TPR Granules for paintable Toy dolls utilize SBS-based compounds available in milk-white, transparent, or custom colors including black, suitable for injection molding and blow molding processes primarily for toy dolls and shoe soles.
Technical specifications:
GP410-45 grade with Shore A hardness 45 (ASTM D2240), specific gravity 0.95 (ASTM D792), tensile strength 4 MPa (ASTM D412), elongation 650%;
GP410-9202 grade hardness 90, specific gravity 0.97, tensile strength 11 MPa, elongation 500%;
GP420-6003 grade hardness 60, specific gravity 1.08, tensile strength 4.2 MPa, elongation 400%;
GP420-8003 grade hardness 80, specific gravity 1.08, tensile strength 5.5 MPa, elongation 350%.
All grades feature natural white appearance and comply with ROHS, REACH, BPA-free, Phthalates-free, Halogen-free, EN71-3 standards.
Processing conditions:
165-200℃ (not exceeding 210℃). Sungallon operates from Guanlan, Shenzhen (40,000m² facility) with wholly-owned Heyuan subsidiary, employing 110 staff across 16 automated lines (including European/Japanese equipment) and 4 prototype lines for 40,000-ton annual capacity. Equipped with full testing instruments and academic institution-led R&D team, holding multiple patents and ISO 9001/14001 certifications. Packaging: 20kg/25kg moisture-resistant bags with pre-shipment quality control and professional loading.
