Filter Knife is a component of cigarette making machines to slice filter rod after being connected to cigarette rod.
1. Ports & Customs:
For goods of smaller amount and weight, or products we have in stock, usually they will get loaded on board via Shanghai customs. In such case, if you order several pieces of machine accessories of regular specifications, more likely your cargo will go from Shanghai custom.
Most of our factories locate in mainland China, while our suppliers are actually worldwide. It’s possible you will have shipment from any port of mainland China, India, Laos or even Europe. For larger orders, unless requested otherwise, shipments will leave from the nearest port of our manufacturing factory.
2. Additional Services:
Before business actually starts, we are always more than happy to send you samples(wear parts/ consumables/ spares) for a quality test, if necessary.
For requirement of specific certification to meet import regulations of certain nations, please inform us beforehand to get products certified in case they are not yet.
You are always welcome to our office for a face to face talk, and also to our plants for an on-site inspection. Please inform us of your journey plan beforehand so that we could meet you at the airport and take you to plants.
We provide on-site engineering support for installation of complete machines if requested.
3. Notifications:
For wear parts/ consumables/ spares made of metals, material is often optional. Usual choices of our client varies from stainless steel to alloy, depending on capacity of the machine to be applied to.
Larger orders always get better prices.
Most products can be custom, please contact with us for any specs needed but not listed on our product page.
Please also let us know before shipment if you need extra insurance for freight.
