Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
The feed table provides operators with a convenient loading platform, allowing them to easily place metal sheets on the conveyor rack, reducing the difficulty of manual handling and adjustment and improving loading efficiency.
Through the rotation or movement of the conveying assembly, the plate placed on the conveying rack is smoothly conveyed to the forming device of the tile press, ensuring that the plate can accurately enter the forming mold for processing
Pressing Section & Cutter
Generally, the power is provided by a hydraulic cylinder. Through the control of the hydraulic station, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is extended or retracted, thereby driving the upper cutter to move up and down to achieve the cutting action. The hydraulic drive has the advantages of high power, stable operation, and convenient speed regulation, which can meet the cutting needs of plates of different thicknesses and materials.
