Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
After shaping, the metal is cut into individual slats of the required length. Precision cutting ensures uniformity in the final product.
The length accuracy can be controlled within ±1mm. In terms of shape accuracy, the outline and details of the glazed tiles can be accurate to within ±0.5mm, ensuring that the produced glazed tiles are of standard size and regular shape, which is conducive to subsequent installation and use.
