Shaft & Roller
Material is 45# Steel Quenching and Plating.
The processed rollers are smooth, hard and will not rust.
Inside the glazed tile press, the shaft plays a vital role in support and transmission. Multiple shafts work together, like the beams of a building, to stably support the rollers and other components, ensuring that all components can maintain a stable position and posture during high-speed operation of the equipment, and will not be offset due to vibration or other external factors, thus ensuring the stability and reliability of the production process.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
