The Anti-Scratch Matt Thermal Lamination Film is our latest innovation. It has the special treatment applied to one side of Matt BOPP film, and EVA to the other side of Matt BOPP film. Due to the base material MATT BOPP Film, this product has high performance of matt effect and high performance of rub resistance due of its special coating on the surface.

The anti-scratch thermal lamination film creates a strong bonding and reduces the appearance of hairline (minor) scratches which is common to those normal thermal lamination films. Since these minor scratches can impair vision and destroy beauty of packaging, anti-scratch thermal lamination film acts as a protective layer thus making the packaging more durable and beautiful. It is commonly used on ID card, licenses, representative cards, name cards, menus, albums, luxury boxes (iphone 4 ), photos, cosmetic boxes, etc.

Special Instruction:

• NEI Soft touch lamination film matt film is suggested to be laminated with the roller temperature range of 85 to 110°C and roller pressure of 10 to 20 Mpa. However, the optimum conditions are depending on the selected laminator’s speed and dimensional stability.
• It is advised that the printed surface is well dried before lamination and cools sufficiently one surface before laminating to other surface.
