What is a polyamide thermal barrier?
Our thermal break strip is inserted into the aluminum profiles of your windows and doors, forming an integral part of an energy-saving window system. It effectively reduces heat conduction, helping you save on energy costs while keeping your home comfortable.
The shape CT thermal barrier polyamide strip can prevent the window frame from dust and water, has a better mechanical performance, is the first generation and easiest shape of insulating strips.
For the shape CT, we can provide the following size or customize according to customers' requirements.

Why are thermal breaks important? Thermal breaks are essential for any external modern glazing system. Thermal bridging can be responsible for up to 30% of a property's heat loss. This lowers the homes energy efficiency, leading to higher heating bills.

Packaging:
For all specifications/shapes, they could be packaged in linear, the length will be 6 meters or customized.
For the Shape "I", "C" and some simple shapes, they can be packed in rolls. the length will be 400-600 meters per roll.
Lead time: 15-20 working days after receiving the deposit.
Sample is Free, but the express fee is collect or you pay us the cost in advance.
For the polyamide granules, MOQ is 1 ton. For the thermal break strips, MOQ is 5,000 meters.
You can customize the special shape of polyamide strips. If we didn't meet this shape before, we will make new mold for you, and you should pay for the mold.
