The SP14N001 is a 5.1 inch diagonal FSTN-LCD display panel product from Kaohsiung Hitachi Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereafter called HITACHI), with an integral CCFL backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -10 ~ 60°C , a storage temperature range of -20 ~ 70°C , and the maximal vibration level of 1.2G (11.76 m/s²).
