Application:
This machine is suitable for repeated slight drop tests on electronic products such as mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, and e-books. The test is designed to simulate a product being lightly dropped onto a desktop, metal surface, marble board and other media during use to evaluate the impact of a slight drop on the performance of the entire product, the durability of the casing, and the resistance of the product's internal structure to light drops.
Action principle:
The servo motor drives the upper clamp (clamping jaw) to descend to pick up the product to be tested. When it rises to the set drop height, the clamping jaw opens and the product is released to complete the free fall. Then the positioning cylinder arranges the product to the clamping jaw for picking up again. position, the servo motor drives the upper clamp (clamping cylinder) down to clamp the test piece, rises and releases, and the test piece falls freely, and this is repeated until the set number of times.

1.It can complete the drop test on 6 sides and 4 corners of the product.
2.The Japanese Panasonic servo motor is used as the driving source for the rising and falling test products, and is equipped with a precision double-acting cylinder for positioning the test piece. The quality is reliable and durable.
3.It can realize repeated drops of laptops, mobile phones and other products to test the impact resistance of products dropped from a certain height.
4.Using SMC pneumatic components and professional control methods, the test speed and consistency are greatly improved.
5.Omron color LCD touch screen and Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller for action control, English and Chinese interface, easy to operate.
6.The manual function pre-sets the action function to facilitate adjustment of each action connection for accurate positioning.
7.A servo motor is used to position the drop height with a height accuracy of 0.1mm.
