Our warranty : For original quality warranty is half year / 6 month, for other not original qualities warranty is 1 year (VIP customers is 2 years)
Notices:
· 1. Open the packaging, check the products carefully, and take them gently.
· 2. When open and test screen please ensure connect flex well and ensure test board is working.
· 3. If test screen is no turn on or no touch please turn on test board and check again, if still no touch contact us , touch problem is included in warranty.
· 4. Please test screen before install it on phone , man made installation damage defectives are not included in warranty .
· 5. Installation and removal products, please disconnect the flex cable carefully and hold the screen firmly.
2. How about RMA(Return Material Authorization) police?
If there is any RMA, could collect them to around 100pcs, then send back to us by EMS(China Post), we will check and test it once
we received, and then replace reference new ones(which could replace) with new order.
Details as bellow shows:
1>* 6 months warranty but don't take responsibility for there situations as follows:
1. Man-made damage
2. Install damage
3. the product is already used
4. the product is broken(PS:the LCD broken,the glass broken,the flex broken,the main board broken ect.)
Ps: if the front cover are Scratched, buyer need to fill the market price to replace new one.
