Installation and technical services
1. The supplier shall be responsible for the on-site installation of the equipment and provide the installation site requirements three weeks prior to the installation.
2. The supplier promises to provide a two-year warranty for the entire equipment from the delivery date and offer paid lifetime maintenance. For repairs beyond the warranty period, the supplier will only charge for materials and travel expenses, with no additional charges. (During the warranty period, any equipment failure will be addressed first through online guidance; if online solutions are not possible, personnel will be dispatched to the site at the agreed time for on-site handling.)
3. Provide detailed operation, maintenance and emergency handling training.
4. During the installation and commissioning, the supplier shall provide 3 days of training service at the user's factory.
