Ø The whole operation process is controlled by touch interface, which can be operated automatically or manually.
Ø Each storage tank is equipped with a level controller connected to the PLC to control the replenishment, heating and pumping. In case of abnormal conditions, the emergency stop is realized, and sound and light alarm is set.
Ø Photoelectric sensors, emergency stop buttons and alarm devices are installed at both ends of the equipment.
Ø The control panel is locked to prevent unauthorized personnel from modifying and setting parameters.
Ø Each temperature setting control key can be locked.
Ø The control panel is equipped with a button switch with lights. All pumps, motors, circulation and heating systems are switched separately, and their status is displayed on the control panel.
Ø The conveying system is equipped with overload protection system.
Ø It is equipped with a separate power distribution cabinet, and the circuit is divided into functional blocks and strong and weak electrical blocks for maintenance.
