Product Introduction:
Ultrasonic cleaning agent is a new type of environmentally friendly, highly efficient and low-foaming water-based cleaning agent developed by our company for ultrasonic cleaning. It is compounded from multiple surfactants, emulsifiers, penetrants and dispersants. With the cooperation of an ultrasonic cleaning machine, it can quickly clean the oil stains on workpieces without leaving any residue, and does not contain harmful substances such as heavy metals and nitrite. It has a good cleaning effect, strong penetration and is biodegradable. It is applicable to the cleaning of stamping oil and mechanical oil produced in the processing of metal, plastic and other workpieces. According to different situations, different dilution ratios and different cleaning methods can be adopted to meet the ideal cleaning requirements of the workpieces.
Usage method:
Recommended concentration of ultrasonic cleaning agent
It can be used for ultrasonic machine cleaning and immersion cleaning. Dilute the cleaning agent at a ratio of 1:5-20 according to the needs of the workpiece to be cleaned.
Ultrasonic machine cleaning steps:
Ultrasonic water washing → ultrasonic cleaning agent cleaning → ultrasonic water rinsing → drying
Recommended operating temperature for ultrasonic cleaning agents:
For light oil stains, it is recommended to use at room temperature of 45℃-55℃. For more severe oil stains, it is recommended to use at 55℃-65℃.

Precautions for the use of ultrasonic cleaning agents

For flammable and explosive solvent-based cleaning agents, the ultrasonic heating function should be used with caution or avoided. Also, be aware of the occasional electric sparks that may occur during static electricity and ultrasonic power supply.
When the cleaning agent is used in combination with ultrasonic waves, the cleaning process and flow are also very important. Generally, water-based cleaning agents involve several cleaning processes such as cleaning, rinsing, re-rinsing, and drying.
