It incorporates advanced soft-switching technology, offering a compact form factor, easy installation, high energy conversion efficiency, and extended full-load operation. Additional benefits include stable output current, high capacity, superior reliability, and extended service life.
Equipped with short-circuit, low-voltage, and over-temperature protection, the charger also features a long-delay digital timer that ensures a secure transition from constant voltage to float charging. This effectively prevents thermal runaway caused by elevated temperatures, significantly reducing battery damage from dehydration and plate sulfation—common issues associated with conventional chargers.
Reverse polarity protection is included to safeguard against incorrect battery connections.
The constant charging voltage is maintained within a range of 14.5V to 14.8V DC.
Both OEM and ODM services are supported to accommodate custom requirements.
