1. Description of CZ purlin roll forming machine
C/Z shape steel all-in-one machine is also called CZ interchangeable steel shape making machine and CZ interchangeable purlin machine. It is a purlin roll forming equipment that combines a C-type machine and a Z-type machine into one, and it is also provided users with a machine which was controlled by a PLC computer, production of highly automated purlin production equipment. The production process of the fully automatic CZ interchangeable purlin machine is completely automatically controlled, and there is no need to replace the forming rollers when changing specifications. It helps a lot of investment costs and site space.
The main features of the equipment are as follows:
1). No need to change the tool for cutting;
2). Quick type change, any type change within three minutes;
3). Adjustability, the web, flange, and lip can be adjusted, and the adjustment is performed in millimeters;
4). C/Z steel all-in-one machine, C/Z three-step change;
CZ interchangeable purlin roll forming machine consists of guider, leveling device, 2 hydraulic punching devices, hydraulic cutting device, electric control system, hydraulic system, and so on.
The equipment uses three reducers to fix and rotate the fixed shaft through the sprocket gear to realize the exchange of different types of purlins. The C/Z exchange can be realized by manually rotating the fixed rotating plate.

4. Our Service
A. Foreign debugging
If you need it, we will arrange for our professional engineers to help you install and debug the machines well. The buyer should pay $100 per day
B. Guarantee period
The warranty will be a maintenance, maintain in the guarantee period of 18 months starting from delivery. Because of the quality of equipment during the guarantee period, we will provide the parts free of charge, which is in the conditions of correct operation. (Natural disasters or factors which can’t be forced by humans are excluded).
C. Training
During the installation and adjustment of the equipment, our engineers shall provide the training to the buyer’s personal request to operate and maintain the equipment. Including foundation construction, electrical works, hydraulic oil, safe operation, and non-standard safety items, testing material and etc.
