DESCRIPTION OF EMBOSSING MACHINE
1. The embossing wheel consists of two wheels, the upper and lower wheels, with diamond patterns engraved on the surface, and synchronous gears installed on the upper and lower wheels to ensure synchronous rotation of the upper and lower wheels, ensuring that the patterns on both sides of the strapping tape are completely consistent, and increasing the beauty and transparency of the strapping tape.
2. The embossing wheel has been nitrided and heat-treated to achieve a surface hardness of 60 degrees, which is strong and durable. The strapping tape pressed out by this embossing machine has clear surface texture and enough roughness, and the automatic strapping machine uses the conveyor belt force
3. The embossing wheel uses the upper and lower pressures to instantly extrude the pattern on the surface of the PP strapping belt passing through here. Its function: to make the finished PP strapping tape have friction, which is not easy to slip when strapping with the strapping machine, and has stronger adhesion and is more solid.
