High efficiency and smooth surface for planetary gearbox grinder
The gear box body is made of aluminum-magnesium alloy, ensuring the gear box good rigidity and large bearing capacity, and reducing the weight of box.
The gear is made of low-carbon alloy steel materials and is treated by carburizing and quenching technology, which has higher carrying capacity and longer life. With precision machining technology, the gears have higher precision, more stable transmission and lower noise.
The gear box applies NSK bearings. The lower bearing of the output shaft adopts a double bearing design, which has better rigidity and stronger impact resistance.

With multifunction plate include magnetic discs and Velcro discs meet different clients’ demand.
Four plates, each fix 3 pieces small discs, total 12 pieces small discs one machine, each time need fix 12 pieces polishing pads.
Handle is adjustable, is easy to control.
With inverter could adjust the speed from 0 to 1500 rmp.
