Granite Stone Mortar And Pestle Mortar Pestle Maker Kitchen For Herb And Spice
Natural Granite Stone Mortar Pestle is made from natural solid granite, very outside and rough smooth inside of mortar, pestle rough smooth too, it makes grinding of herb or spice enjoyably, the design with 3 legs makes mortar stable on table.
It is food safe, it fits European and American health care standard, it is moisture and odors resistant, heat resistant. you can enjoy the crushing, grinding and mixing of herbs and spices.
Before first use
Put 1/2 cup white rice into mortar, grind it into powder, check for stone debris. Repeat this process 1-3 times until the rice powder is free of stone debris. Then handwash mortar and pestle with warm water only, let it air dry.
How to use
Chop chosen ingredients into appropriately sized pieces taht can fit in the mortar. One hand holds mortar, then put in hardest ingredient, which not overfill. another hand holds pestle and grinding, use circular crushing motion, after a while put in other ingredient mixing ingredient together. Grinding releases oils and flavors to bring out their natural goodness.
Cleaning
Wipe away residue from grinding, rinse stone mortar and pestle with warm water only without detergents, soaps or other cleaners, with plastic brush and allow to dry.
