1. Machine Application:
The heat setting machine is mainly to keep the fabric to a certain size and shape, heating to the required temperature, so that the size and thermal stability of the fiber can be improved and maintain a certain shape.This machine is mainly used for heat setting during dyeing and finishing of synthetic fiber and cotton fabric.
2.Technological process:
1) for woven fabrics
Feeding frame-> infra-red centering device-> two/three-bowl slant padder-> pneumatic fabric tensioner-> photoelectric weft straightener-> lower overfeeding-> upper overfeeding-> infra-red selvedge-detection-> two/three-finger uncurling-> pinning -> heat-setting chambers-> air cooling-> tension adjustment-> water cooling-> plaiter/batcher
2) for knitted fabrics
Feeding frame-> infra-red centering-> two-bowl oblique padder-> pneumatic fabric tensioner-> four-roll weft straightener-> lower overfeeding-> mechanical weft straightener-> bow roller expanding-> upper overfeeding-> infra-red selvedge-detection-> three-finger uncurling and plate uncurling -> brush overfeeding-> pinning -> extended rail-> heat-setting chambers-> air cooling-> tension adjustment-> plaiter/mini batcher
3. Features of the machine:
1) Permit high production speeds with high efficient chambers.
2) By virtues of advanced PLC system and computerized control with interface operation, the machine is easy to be operated.
3) The best design of airing system makes it possible to adopt the air circulation quantity penetrates to the fabric uniformly, the handle of fabric and softness can be increased.
4) Thanks to the exhaust-air inverter control system, the energy can be saved and the high production can be get with efficient cost.
5) Each rail width of setting chamber can be adjusted by seperated driving motor at the same time or independently at different time.
6) The infeed to delivery zone can be extended by variable fabrics treatment requirement.
