All of main structure part (H column & beam) will be fixed by high strength bolts and the purlin will be fixed on the column and beam by 4.8S bolts, which makes the factory building frame erection faster than traditional concrete construction system.
Steel structure factory’s roof and wall is steel sheet or sandwich panel, which is lighter and spend less time to erect.

4. Correction

5. Edge and end processing

The methods are shovel edge, planing edge, milling edge, carbon arc air gouging, semi-automatic and automatic gas cutting machine, groove machining, etc.
6. Hole making

Including rivet hole, ordinary connecting bolt hole, high strength bolt hole, anchor bolt hole, etc.
