8.Sales Terms
Delivery Terms:FOB Shanghai
Delivery Time:60 days after technical issues have been clarified, and after receiving payment of deposit (advanced payment)
Payment Terms:1. First payment (Deposit): 40 % by T/T
2. Second payment: 60% by T/T, after the successful inspection of the equipments by the Buyer or the Buyer’s representative at the Seller’s factory, but before the Seller delivers the equipments to Shanghai Port
Assembly and commissioning:
Warranty:
One engineer will visit Buyer’s workshop for install, commission and training for 7 days, the salary of our engineer cost USD100 per day, The customer should ensure the pre-installation being carried out appropriately. The buyer should pay round air tickets, the local board and lodging and the transportation cost for our engineer.
12 months warranty, Starting from the date of the successful installation and commissioning of the equipments.
