High Frequency Welding ASTM A106 Gr. B Finned Tubes For Power Generation Industry
High-frequency welding (HFW) finned tubes are recognized for their robust structure and outstanding thermal performance in various industrial applications. They are an advanced heat transfer component designed to enhance heat exchange efficiency by significantly increasing the surface area of the tubes.
The choice of materials for HFW finned tubes depends on the specific application's operating temperature, pressure, and fluid type. Generally tube materials are carbon steel: ASTM A106 GR.B, ASTM A210, ASTM A192,etc; stainless steel:AISI 304, 316, 321, 347, TP30 4/304L, TP316/TP316L, TP321, TP310S, TP317,etc; alloy steel: T/P5, 9, 11, 22, 91, and ASTM A335 P9,etc. Fin materials generally are carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel, etc.
