ASTM A213 T22 Serrated Fin Tube is a high-efficiency heat transfer solution engineered for extreme ash-laden and high-temperature environments. It features a seamless chromium-molybdenum alloy steel base tube (ASTM A213 T22, UNS K21590) with helically wound serrated carbon steel fins bonded via high-frequency welding (HFW). The serrated fin edges disrupt boundary layers, enhancing heat transfer by 35% while reducing ash fouling by 50% compared to smooth fins. Ideal for boiler superheaters, reformers, and waste heat recovery systems operating up to 590°C (1,094°F).
