The ASTM A376 TP347H Alloy Steel HFW Solid Finned Tube is a premium heat transfer solution engineered for extreme high-temperature and corrosive environments. It combines a seamless niobium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel base tube (ASTM A376 TP347H) with helically wound solid carbon steel fins bonded via high-frequency welding (HFW). This robust design delivers unmatched resistance to oxidation, sulfidation, and creep deformation up to 900°C (1,652°F), making it ideal for superheaters, reformers, and waste heat boilers in power plants and refineries. The Nb stabilization prevents carbide precipitation, ensuring long-term performance in cyclic thermal services.
