50×250Mesh Stainless Steel Plain Dutch Weave Filter Cloth AISI SUS DIN JIS Standard

Introduction:

In a Plain Dutch Weave, the diameter of the warp wire is larger than the weft, and the mesh is formed by weaving a limited number of warps with the maximum number of weft wires woven tightly together, producing a cloth with no readily visible apertures. This mesh is strong and stable, easy to clean and with a good flow rate suitable for high pressure liquid/solid separation.

50X270 mesh plain dutch weave stainless steel wire mesh. Using 0.14X0.10mm diameter wire, by plain dutch weaving, woven 50X270 mesh opening for 50μm liquid or gas filter material. This wire diameter and mesh with ratio reasonable, therefore weave structure is very strong. After 13 whole weaving process, so that the mesh surface flatness better.

The Plain Wire Mesh is available in two different sizes of wire diameter to suit your unique filtration needs. The weft wire used for designing it has finer wire diameter that is tightly woven together and this offers a tight mesh for optimal filtration. However, the wrap wires come with coarser wire diameter and this ensures to offer the required strength and durability to the final woven wire screen. Some of the unique characteristics include:
