Extreme anti-rotation rivet nuts with cross knurl & barbs. 316 stainless steel, 70% thread depth. Withstands 20G vibration. M6-M12 sizes. Electropolished. DNV-GL & MIL-STD-1312 certified.

Engineered for **high-shock environments**, these rivet nuts combine **cross knurling** (0.5mm depth) and **radial barbs** for maximum anti-rotation. The **90° flat head** provides aerodynamic sealing, while the **electropolished 316L body** resists salt spray corrosion. Partial threads (70% depth) maintain tensile strength with 30% weight reduction. Exceeds MIL-STD-1312 vibration standards.

How to Use:

   1. **Surface Treatment**:  
      - Grit blast panel (SA 2.5 standard)  
      - Apply Dinitrol 4941 corrosion inhibitor  
   2. **Precision Drilling**:  
      - Hole tolerance: Nut OD -0.05/+0.03mm  
      - Use carbide drill with peck cycle (avoid hardening)  
   3. **Hydraulic Installation**:  
      a. Set hydraulic tool pressure:  
         - M6: 250 bar  
         - M12: 600 bar  
      b. Engage **tri-lobe mandrel** (120° offset)  
      c. Pull at 3-5mm/sec until force spike  
   4. **Post-Installation**:  
      - Conduct eddy current test for cracks  
      - Seal with Tefgel® anti-seize on threads  
   5. **Vibration Validation**:  
      - 24hr resonance sweep test (5-2000Hz)  
      - Max 0.01mm displacement per MIL-STD-1312
