Heavy-duty marine rivets with 40% hollow core. 316 stainless steel, extra wall thickness. Withstands 1000hrs salt spray. M5-M12 sizes. Electropolished. DNV-GL & ASTM F1136 certified.

Built for **extreme environments**, these A4 stainless rivets feature a **reinforced wall design** (40% hollow ratio) that increases shear strength by 30% versus standard rivets. The **316L composition** and **electropolished finish** (Ra 0.4µm) provide maximum resistance to pitting corrosion in saltwater, chemicals, and high-humidity. The 82° flat head ensures hydrodynamic surfaces on ship hulls and offshore structures.

How to Use:

   1. **Surface Prep**: 
      - Apply stainless steel primer to faying surfaces  
   2. **Drilling**:  
      - Use cobalt drill bits (hole dia = d1 + 0.08mm)  
      - Maintain perpendicularity (max 0.5° deviation)  
   3. **Installation**:  
      - Hydraulic riveter with force:  
        - M6: 3,500-4,000N  
        - M10: 8,000-9,000N  
      - Bucktail temperature monitor: ≤150°C  
   4. **Post-Installation**:  
      - Rinse with fresh water to remove salt residue  
      - Apply corrosion inhibitor paste to bucktai
