Anti-rotation rivet nuts with flat head & vertical knurling. 304 stainless steel, semi-smooth body, partial internal threads. Sizes M4-M8. Passivated. Ideal for electronics & enclosures.

Featuring a **countersunk head** with **vertical diamond knurls** under the head (0.3mm depth), they prevent rotation during installation. The **semi-smooth body** (Ra 0.8µm) protects panel finishes, while **partial threads** (60% depth) reduce weight without compromising strength. Made from passivated A2-70 stainless steel.

      - Mandrel type: Hex drive (match internal hex size)  
      - Installation force: M4=1,800N, M6=3,000N  
   3. **Installation Steps**:  
      a. Insert nut into hole (knurled section first)  
      b. Engage hex tool through threaded hole  
      c. Pull mandrel at 45° angle to compress body  
      d. Maintain force until "click" (body fully deformed)  
   4. **Quality Check**:  
      - Head flush within 0.05mm  
      - No visible knurl above surface
