Surface Treatment/Finishes:

How to Use:
1. **Prevent Galling:** **Crucially important!** Apply a **stainless steel specific anti-seize compound** (e.g., nickel-based) to the screw threads before installation. This drastically reduces the risk of galling (thread cold-welding/seizing), especially with stainless-on-stainless contact.
2. **Select Correct Driver:** Use the **matching TR driver bit** (e.g., TR40 for T40 TR screw).
3. **Installation:** Insert the TR bit firmly, engaging the pin. Drive the screw at **moderate speed** with consistent pressure. Tighten to the **recommended torque for A4-80 stainless steel**. Avoid excessive RPMs which generate heat and increase galling/seizing risk.
4. **Removal:** Use the correct TR bit. Apply steady torque. The anti-seize will facilitate removal. **Exercise caution** to avoid damaging the recess or rounding the pin.
5. **Reusability:** Can be reused if threads are undamaged and anti-seize is reapplied. Inspect carefully.
