Description
1. Commutator welding specail machine could adopt the working principle of medium frequency spot welding or AC pulse spot welding. Utilize the pneumatic device to clamp and use stepping motor to conduct stepless rotating (Be able to set the quality of welding spots on commutator at will).
2.According to the requirement provided by your company: wire diameter: 0.6-0.75mm, the machine is designed as 18 to 36 times of spot welding. Operator only needs to put the work piece into the mould, then the machine will conduct automatic rotating, cycle working, and continuous welding.

1. Main Engine Control System: Adopt the touch screen as the human-machine interface,Choose the PLC as program control system of the whole machine. PLC is in charge of reading data, processing and comtrol signals to ensure the validity of excution orders of the whole machine. Better achieve huaman-machine coversation.
