Fully Automatic Spot Welding System for Application in Automotive Industry
1.Adopt four sets of medium frequency inverter welding power system ,with smaller transformer dimension ,weight and higher production efficiency.
2.Adopt hrdraulic pressure system for control welding power and welding electrode up and down movement.
3.Adopt servo motor as mobile driving source for welding head and sheet metal location device. It is of quite good moving accuracy , and saving position data, which can be used for welding different products.
4.In order to achieve automation production , it can match use with material handling robot machine.
This machine can achieve one time welding sheet metal four corners. Adjusting four corer position size as per real condition welding products. Manual loading and discharging. In order to have more automation production , high speed and high production efficiency , machine can be equipped with material handling robot.
Machine can achieve automatic moving and location as well as welding with manual loading and unloading material, which is available for welding different products. It adopts horizontal structure, double welding head , which is driven by servo motor, will moving at Y axis . Double position fixture moving at X axis direction.
