Description
1. Commutator welding special machine could adopt the working principle of medium frequency spot welding or AC pulse spot welding. Utilize the pneumatic device to clamp and use stepping motor to conduct stepless totating (be able to set the quantity of welding spots on commutator at will)
2. According to the requirement provided by customer: wire diameter: 0.6-0.75mm, the machine is designed as 18 to 36 times of spot welding. Operator only needs to put the work piece into the mould, then the machine will conduct automatic rotating, cycle working, and continuous welding.

1. Main Engine Control System: Adopt the touch screen as the human-machine interface,choose the PLC as program control system of the whole machine. PLC is incharge of reading data,processing and control signals to ensure the validity of excution orders of the whole machine. Better achieve human-machine conversation.
2.Rotatijng System: Adopt the stepping motor to control with the function of stepless indexing,high precesion,stable speed.
3. Welding System: Adopt the self-developed intelligent microcomputer control system. It will automatically compensate the welding current when the voltage fluctuates to ensure the stable performace of welding.
