Soft sealing gate valve construction characteristics
1. The design of the body cavity enables the raw materials to have self-metabolism under the effect of driving force, and there is no stagnation and blockage in the cavity.
2. The full safety channel gate valve has little gas pressure against dry ash and no obstruction.
3. Loading the spring yellow makes the gate need to carry out damage adjustment during thermal expansion and contraction, so as to maintain closing and resist back pressure.
4. Metal materials and metal materials are used as sealing pairs, and the wear resistance can cover a wide range of temperatures.
5. When installed vertically, there is an ash conveying slot at the bottom of the inlet and outlet joints of the wear-resistant soft-sealed gate valve, and there are 2 through holes in the outer design of the sealing design on the gate valve. The bottom end of the oil circuit board is designed with a detachable through hole. When the dust in the bottom cavity of the oil circuit board reaches a certain level, all the through-type covers are opened. If it is removed on time, the problem of dust accumulation in the valve cavity can be solved.
