Ball check valve is a check valve with multi-ball, multi-channel, multi-cone inverted fluid structure, mainly composed of front and rear valve bodies, rubber balls, cone bodies, etc.
Its working principle is: the rubber ball rolls in the dome cover for a short stroke to realize the opening and closing of the valve. When the water pump starts, the water rushes open the rubber ball under the action of pressure, so that the rubber ball rolls to the right, its position is fixed by the cone in the rear valve body, and the check valve opens; after the pump stops, due to the The return water pressure forces the rubber ball to roll to the left front valve body to close the check valve. The rubber ball is made of hollow steel ball, and the rubber with good elasticity can not only ensure the sealing, but also reduce the damage to the pipeline system during the valve closing process. When the valve is opened, the cone-shaped body with holes can fix the steel ball and eliminate the pressure of the contact area between the rubber ball and the cone-shaped body, so that the contact is surface contact, and the hydraulic loss caused by the vibration of the rubber ball in the valve body is reduced.
The rubber ball is made of hollow steel ball, and the rubber with good elasticity can ensure the sealing and reduce the damage to the pipeline system during the valve closing process. The cone with holes fixes the steel ball when the valve is opened and eliminates the pressure on the contact surface between the rubber ball and the cone, making the contact surface contact, reducing the hydraulic loss caused by the vibration of the rubber ball in the valve. In large pipeline systems, the use of three-flow or four-flow spherical check valves can replace the large valve plate structure, reduce the weight of the valve plate, and make the inner flow channel an independent porous structure. The ball is placed in each hole, and the liquid is in In the process of entering the valve body and the outflow process, they go their own way, without interfering with each other, reducing the impact force and vibration during the valve closing process, reducing noise, and completely eliminating the running ball failure. There are no joint parts in the multi-channel ball check valve (the existence of the shaft and the bushing, there is no relative mechanical friction movement, compared with the swing check valve, there is no wearing part, it has a longer service life, and there is no maintenance work.
