Ball check valve is a multi-ball, multi-channel, multi-cone inverted fluid structure of the check valve, mainly by the front and back valve body, rubber ball, cone body and so on.
Its working principle is: the rubber ball makes short stroke rolling in the ball cover to realize the opening and closing of the valve. When the water pump starts, the water under the action of pressure flusher the rubber ball, so that the rubber ball rolls to the right side, fixed its position by the conical body in the rear valve body, check valve opens; After the pump stops, due to the backwater pressure in the pipeline system, the rubber ball is forced to roll to the left front valve body to achieve the check valve closure. The rubber ball adopts hollow steel ball, with elastic rubber to ensure sealing, and reduce the damage to the pipeline system in the process of valve closing. When the valve is opened, the cone body with holes has a fixed effect on the ball and eliminates the pressure of the contact area between the rubber ball and the cone body, so that the contact is surface contact, and reduces the hydraulic loss caused by the trembling of the rubber ball in the valve body
