LED module mounter machine introduction
LED module mounter machine also called pick and place machine/ placement machine/SMT machine. It is one of SMT Line. The function of mounter is picking components and then mounting on the PCB. It is automatically SMT Machine.
In SMT production line, there are different machines for different module with different functions. Included Loader, Conveyor, Stencil printer, pick and place, reflow oven, un-loader, etc.
Pick and place machine features
HT-F7S is ETON most economy high speed pick and place machine for led module lighting ( for example: tube/panel/led strip), there are some important fefatures.
1. Very high capacity with economy price. it is max speed could be reach 150000-180000 chip per hour, equal to one hour could produce 80-90m led strip light, very high capacity.
2. Very intelligent, F7S suitable for mounting no more than 5mm height components, such as led chip, resistor, capacitor, bridge rectifiers, etc.
3. Easy operating machine, it is windows 7 with R&D Independently software, the display is easy touch screen monitor, it is stable and simple.
4. High precision, for F7S, there are 5 pcs cameras, the function is for vision alignment and mark correction, the repeat mounting precision is 0.02 mm.
