Can be repeated sizing many times curing 7.5% . UV lamp can be easily installed in the existing production line, without major changes disadvantages: 1. The raw material cost is high, does not contain the low cost solvent and the filler, the adhesive price is high 2.5% . The penetration of UV to some plastics or translucent materials is weak, and the curing depth is limited. 3. General UV adhesive can only adhere to transparent materials, adhesive opaque materials need to cooperate with other technologies
Requirements
The requirements of the welding furnace lens mount the use of glue material is not the same, on the reflow soldering temperature curve requirements are not the same.
