Where does it apply?
The placement machine is a device used to achieve high-speed and high-precision placement of components. It is the most critical and complex equipment in the entire SMI and production. It is the placement equipment used in the production of SMT.
If I want to buy a line, what equipment do I need?
The first step: solder paste printing
Through the stencil template, the solder paste is leaked onto the PCB board
Step 2: pick and place machine
Placement part : The PCB board is sent to the placement machine, and the placement machine automatically picks up the components and places them on the PCB.
Step 3: reflow soldering
The PCB board with the installed components is sent to the reflow oven, and the reflow oven heats the components with solder paste and solders them on the PCB.
Step 4: conveyor
Test : Test the placement and soldering quality.
