DESCRIPTION
GSMTL60 High quality SMT splice tool – Plier Tool used with GSM0700 splice clips. Precisely cut in the center of two components. With special positioning column design, suitable for all widths of the SMT tape.
Application
1. Stapler-style splice tool designed specifically for SMT carrier tapes.
2. Use with the splice clip frame (GSM0700) and can continuously join 20 times.
3. Ensures SMT carrier tapes of all widths can be joined quickly and securely.

Instructions
1. Load the Clip Frame: Pull the slider and gently place a GSM0700 clip frame inside the handle rail.
2. Advance the Frame: Press the button and slowly advance the slider forward until the frame hits the pins.
3. Align the Carrier Tapes: Center both carrier tapes (cover tape up) on the pins and secure them with the clamps.
4. Crimp to Connect: Crimp the handle to join the carrier tapes securely.
5. Add Splice Tape: Apply a splice tape strip to the cover tape and press firmly to complete the splice.
