Product information:

 

It is required by EN 50604-1, IEC60086-4 clause 6.4.4, IEC 60068-2-29, IEC 60335-2-25 Annex BB, YD/T 2344.1 and etc.

This machine is mainly suitable for the impact resistant test of electronic products, aerospace, ships, military, automobile parts, transportation and other fields. By selecting different waveform generators, impact tests of half sine wave, back peak sawtooth wave or square wave can be carried out.

It meets MIL-STD-202F, IEC-68-2-27, MIL-STD-810F, MIL-STD-883E and etc.

1. Free-fall impact machine with hydraulic lifting and high-pressure oil brake;

2. Gas-liquid booster and strong friction brake to prevent secondary impact braking;

3. Impact measuring instrument: single-channel data acquisition, can simultaneously perform acceleration data measurement, storage, report printing, data callback, database management and other functions of two channels.

4. Rubber module is used to generate a wide range of half-sine wave pulses with any action time.

4. Braking system

The pneumatic brake and strong friction brake can brake quickly and reliably to prevent secondary rebound.

 

5. Buffer system

It consists of a base, a damper, and an airbag. The vibration reduction system can reduce the impact force transmitted from the working platform to the ground.

 

6. Waveform generator

Chip-type half-sine wave + wool felt: realize different impact pulse widths of 2-30ms.

 

7. Safety device

Emergency stop switch: Cut off the circuit in emergency situations such as forced disconnection of the contact welding of the action mechanism.

8. Introduction and features of the shock measurement system
