-GS100 wood chipper description
The SINOLINK GS100 Wood Chipper is perfect for chipping branches and shrubbery up to a diameter of 100 mm. The twin blade drum draws the material into the chipper self feeding to a certain degree. The in-feed hopper is nice and wide allowing whole branches to be fed in with minimal preparation. The in-feed hopper is hinged on one side making clearing blockages very easy. The engine is and 100% reliable Loncin G200 or Briggs & Stratton CR950 gasoline engine that boasts 6.5 HP and 9.50 ft./lbs. of torque. The material is fed into a slopped infeed bin and fed into the 9" diameter 30 lb. chipper drum that acts as a power feed assist system pulling the branches in at up to 35' per/min. Although the chipper weighs almost 200 pounds it is perfectly balanced and can be easily moved around the work site.

Clutch. The clutch transmits torque by friction. When the load in the transmission exceeds the torque that can be transmitted by the friction, the friction plate of the clutch will automatically slip, thereby preventing transmission overload and protecting the engine. Therefore, the friction plate is a vital part of the clutch. Our friction plate is made of imported materials, with high friction coefficient, greater transmission torque and more wear resistance. The driving wheel of the clutch is the second important part besides the friction plate. Because the driving wheel carries the friction plate, the wall thickness of the driving wheel is required to be firm and thick.
