Introduce
The overall layout of the machine tool is fixed in the gantry frame structure, and the table is moved in the X axis on the base; the column is fixed at both ends of the base, and the beam of the headstock on the column is moved up and down by Z axis.
The spindle selected by the machine tool, with large torque, high speed and low noise, fully meets the requirements of boring, milling and drilling. The standard oil cooler can reduce the temperature of the spindle, improve the service life of the bearing and reduce the thermal deformation of the spindle.
Product Characteristics
1, the machine tool main components: about lathe bed, workbench, beams, columns, connecting beam, longmen are resin sand molding, high alloy wear resistant cast iron casting, the bunker annealing - vibration aging - hot furnace annealing to vibration aging, rough machining to vibration aging, thermal annealing furnace to vibration aging, finish machining, part to eliminate negative stress and keep the parts stable performance.
2. Static pressure unloading and wear-resisting coating technology are adopted for guide rail of the bed and work table to ensure low speed stability and accuracy maintenance.
3, the machine tool three-way feed and milling head feed adopt separate driving mode, so that each part runs independently, improve work efficiency.
4, the slider boring and milling head spindle automatic speed change, feed the use of ball screw pair transmission, and the use of hydraulic balancing cylinder device, balance the weight of the sliding pillow.
