Crafted from cotton fibers interwoven with a specialized flame-retardant fiber coating, this finished product exhibits elastic contraction capabilities, allowing it to be wrapped flexibly within a defined range. Its versatility makes it highly compatible with sponge mattresses and various other products.
The most significant advantage lies in its ability to thwart the spread of open flame combustion while preventing the formation of molten droplets, thereby safeguarding personal safety. Mattresses or mattress sets utilizing this innovative product can successfully pass rigorous fire tests such as the U.S. CFR-1633 and the British Standard BS-5852, ensuring compliance with stringent safety standards.
Product Features
1. Creamy white with a soft feel and breathable.
2. Using natural flame-retardant fibres and cotton fibres, it does not produce molten drops when exposed to fire and has a long-lasting flame-retardant effect.
3. When burned, it forms a dense carbonised layer with a low content of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, producing only a small amount of non-toxic smoke.
4. It is elastic and can effectively wrap mattresses, sofas, and other foam products.
5. It can be cut to size for convenient processing and production.
