Product Description
Composite silicone fiberglass fabric is constructed from durable glass fiber cloth, designed to withstand high temperatures. Through a specialized process, it is combined with silicone rubber, resulting in a new type of high-performance and versatile material. This silicone glass fiber cloth exhibits exceptional resistance to heat (withstanding temperatures up to 200°C), cold (enduring as low as -40°C over extended periods), and aging. Furthermore, it possesses a remarkable balance of strength and softness that allows for easy cutting, along with outstanding insulating properties.
Application scope
1. Industrial thermal insulation: used to protect pipes, kilns, boilers and other equipment from high temperatures.
2. In the construction industry, it is used for fire doors, fire walls and fire barriers. It is also used for fireproof covering materials.
3. Aerospace: It is used for protecting aircraft and spacecraft from high temperatures, as well as for insulating aviation engines.
4. Making cars: It is used to keep heat in and protect car parts like exhaust systems, turbochargers and engine compartments.
5. Electronics and electricity: used to cover and protect wires and cables. Can make them better at withstanding high temperatures and be safer.
