Product description:
Tyre Rubber Shredding Machine is a kind of machine that can shred waste plastic motorcycle tyres into small pieces. It is mainly composed of a motor, a gear reducer, two parallel shafts, a shredding blade and a conveyor belt.
When the machine is working, the motor drives the gear reducer, which further drives the two parallel shafts to rotate. The shredding blade is fixed on the shaft and has a certain angle with the conveyor belt.
When the shaft rotates, the shredding blade scrapes the waste tyre and shreds it into small pieces. The small pieces are then conveyed by the conveyor belt to be further processed or recycled.
