PSG/GM series machine tool adopts a gantry structure, with enlarged column and crossbeam box structure support, ensuring excellent rigidity of the entire machine. The castings of the machine tool are made of HT300 high-grade material, which has high strength, strong resistance to deformation, and excellent shock absorption capacity. The grinding accuracy within a 3-meter travel can reach within 0.008mm. The minimum feed rate of the Z-axis is 0.001mm.
Machine castings are made of HT300 high-grade material and undergo vibration stress relief and secondary tempering processes to eliminate internal stress. They feature high strength, strong resistance to deformation, and excellent shock absorption capacity, ensuring that the machine tool maintains stable precision over long-term use.
