Description:
Lanolin is a secreted oil attached to wool, which is a light yellow or brownish yellow ointment. It is sticky and slippery, with a weak and specific odor. It is the best oil grease deprived from the natural wool. Today, the biggest wool producing county is Australia. Lanolin has big usage in our daily life, such as rust protection agent, cosmetic, first class lubrication media etc, it is the by product of the wool factory, but it is very valuable. Model PDSL separator This series automatic discharging separator is special equipment for oil refining. It is the disc type with continuous spraying discharging with high speed through the nozzles in out circle. In nowadays process, there is only 2stage separation could meet the requirement to get pure or more lanolin.
Application:
Lanolin can make the skin smooth and tender. The earliest discovery of its beauty effect was due to the discovery that Australian sheep farmers generally have softer hands than the average person, and later research found that it is due to the effect of lanolin.
Used in industry to prepare advanced anti rust oil, low-temperature lubricant, printing ink, fiber oil agent, leather fatliquor, plastic plasticizer, latex defoamer, etc.
Used in medicine to prepare rheumatic ointment, zinc oxide ointment, and ointment base materials.
Cosmetic grade lanolin can be used in cold cream, anti wrinkle cream, anti crack cream, shampoo, conditioner, hair cream, lipstick and high-grade soap. Commonly used as an oil in water emulsifier, it is an excellent moisturizing substance. Can soften and restore dry or rough skin due to lack of natural moisture. It maintains the normal moisture content of the skin by delaying, rather than completely preventing water from passing through the epidermal layer.
