Powered by a digitally controlled servo motor, the machine enables 360-degree printing on products. Optional Configuration
Unscrambling & feeding machine: This dedicated device automatically arranges disordered plastic soft tubes in a uniform orientation and precisely conveys them to the next processing station, ensuring a continuous and smooth start to the production line.
Hot stamping function: It enables the transfer of metallic or colored foils onto plastic soft tubes to create high-gloss, decorative patterns or logos, enhancing the product’s premium visual appeal.
Plasma surface treatment function: By using plasma technology to modify the surface of plastic soft tubes, this function improves the adhesion of inks or coatings, effectively preventing peeling or fading of subsequent prints.
Visual registration function: Equipped with high-precision cameras and image recognition technology, it accurately aligns patterns with the printing position on plastic soft tubes, guaranteeing consistent printing accuracy.
LED-UV curing function: Utilizing low-energy, high-efficiency LED-UV light sources, it rapidly cures UV inks on plastic soft tubes, shortening the production cycle while ensuring excellent ink adhesion and wear resistance.
Finished product quality inspection function: Through visual detection or sensor systems, it automatically checks for defects such as print misalignment, ink smudges, or surface scratches on finished plastic soft tubes, ensuring only qualified products enter the next stage.
