1. Machine features: the combination of nearly 30 years of experience in machine design. It combines the functions of feeding and discharging, surface treatment, screen printing and UV curing. Linear combination of modular structure can achieve up to 12 colors of integrated production line. Precise design and manufacturing can realize electromechanical synchronization, high degree of automation, man-machine dialogue operation is simple and convenient, in and out of the material and the host safety protection appearance is novel, the new transmission design makes the machine run stably and quickly, easy to transfer in different shapes of containers, easy to operate and save manpower. The technology is in the leading position in China.
2. Applicable industries: cosmetics, daily chemicals, food, medicine, health care products, baby products, automotive products, cleaning products, alcohol, glass glue, toys, sporting goods and so on.
3. Scope of application: This machine is suitable for single-color or multi-color screen printing on the surface of containers of various shapes, such as round, oval, square and complex shapes. Container materials include plastic, glass and metal. Containers include cans, bottles, cups, lids and hard tubes, etc.
