Application:
SBF70100-D is suitable for high precision plane printing of various materials, especially for high precision printing of circuit board. Such as: metal, glass, ceramic, plastic, wood, leather and other materials. Widely used in: electronic appliances, advertising, packag printing, sports equipment, toys, stationery gifts and other industries. Products such as all kinds of glass, PCB, LCD, liquid green oil, cold light, film, keyboard, acrylic, mobile phone panel, touch panel, light guide plate, diffusion plate nameplate, ceramics and other products precision plane screen printing
Machine features:
1. Vertical structure, PLC man-machine interface control, touch-type setting of machine operating parameters.
2. Servo lift, servo printing design, fast and stable, precise position.
3. Square guide rails are adopted for lifting, sliding and printing head to ensure accurate printing
4. A variety of printing operation mode, adjustable speed, fast operation, stable and smooth, precise positioning.
5. Precision guide rail printing head, the printing head can be stretched back and forth, so that the printing ink layer is more uniform and easier to pick and place the workpiece
6. Printing stroke and printing thickness are set on the touch screen, and the worktable is fine-tuned and self-locked, which is convenient for adjustment.
7. The design of lifting and super long stroke makes it easy to pick and place the work piece.
8. It has the functions of inching, single cycle, and automatic, easy to switch.
9. Various emergency safety devices. Ensure the safety of operators.
10. Starting method: PLC or foot switch
Remark: This machine is a semi-automatic machine, we can use manpower to do feeding and discharging, and put on shelf for natural drying. We also can design according to customer's requirements to decrease manpower----automatic feeding, conveyor transmission, auto-register, printing and auto transmission to IR curing machine for drying.
